  • Built for Long-Term Use: UV-resistant cover and EPP foam housing protect against water, heat, and chemicals.

Features to know about

Cools Fast and Keeps It Steady: 15,000 Btu of Efficient Cooling

When the heat ramps up, this Furrion Chill HE system delivers 15,000 Btu per hour of cooling power to bring the temperature down fast. Dual motors move air more efficiently than single-motor units, spreading cool comfort through the ducted or non-ducted setup. The R32 refrigerant keeps the operation efficient and meets 2025 EPA regulations, so it’s ready for long-term use without compromise.

Reliable Starts on Low Power: Built-In Start Capacitor

Low voltage or limited campsite power doesn’t have to stop your AC. The built-in start capacitor stores extra energy to help jump-start the compressor when voltage dips or generator output is low. Once running, it resets itself for the next use, so you get consistent cooling even when everyone around you is drawing heavy power.

Runs Smoother and Quieter: Rubber Dampeners and EVA Foam Seal

Noise and vibration can ruin a quiet evening inside. Rubber dampeners on the compressor help cut down on vibration, while EVA foam between the ceiling and air distribution box seals out leaks and rattles. The indoor sound pressure level is rated at 80 dB, keeping noise controlled while airflow stays steady through the twin registers.

Built to Last and Easy to Maintain: UV-Resistant Cover and Removable Filters

The UV-resistant outer cover protects internal parts from water and debris, and the EPP foam housing stands up to chemicals and moisture. Air filters remove easily for cleaning to keep dust buildup from affecting performance. Thermal insulation helps regulate internal temperatures and prevents motors from overheating, giving you dependable cooling trip after trip.

Straightforward Setup: Complete System with Included Hardware

This complete AC system installs as a bolt-on replacement or new setup using the included mounting hardware for the air distribution box. It runs on a 115V electrical rating (60 Hz) with a 15.4-amp draw while operating. With an overall weight of 84 lbs and compact dimensions—27-9/16" long × 13-9/16" wide × 34-13/16" tall—it’s a solid fit that’s ready to use once installed, backed by a 2-year warranty on both the air conditioner and air distribution box.

Recieved in timely manner. Some damage to the box and some to the coils on the back. Didn't get a chance to take a pic was trying g to get it in before the rain started. Simple hook up and the room was cold cold was told we need another blanket lol. Was also missing screws foe the top cover may have been missed when putting back together for shipping.

Only draw back is it's a little louder than what some of the videos show

Great service! I will order from etrailer again, I was very pleased with every part of the process.

by:

Arrived ups excellent condition in two days, can't beat that. Hardest part of installing was removing the vent where I was installing the air conditioner. Seems to be cooling very well. Etrailer are always great to deal with.

by:

Knowable phone help, and fast delivery

by:

Fred was great very helpful everything came when he said great experience

by:

The a/c unit is doing the job.

The
lack of dump/vent is the primary deficiency.

Great customer service

Had an issue out of the gate with my ac unit cover having broken tabs. Carol from customer service was amazing when I came to taking care of everything I needed including prompt and thorough follow up throughout the process, and ultimately get it replaced. etrailers customer service is in a word OUTSTANDING!!!

by:

Replaced a 26-year-old Coleman Mack (compressor failure) with this. 90-degree, humid Midwest temps no challenge for this. On medium cool I an bring the RV down to 70 degrees inside. Easy install. I did it myself. I like the rotary controls on the disruption panel. I have a hard time with the touch screen thermostats and controllers. Very good replacement for an Older RV with an aging A/C unit.

by:

Works very well. Appears well made, but this AC is LOUD.

by:

Five. Stars on the product maybe two stars on the instructions. Good thing for YouTube and that I’ve installed one before.

by:

by:

etrailer.com has the best customer support I have dealt with on the internet. Great people, great value! Fan for life!!

by:

Easy to install and works great

by:

Installation went quickly and all items were shipped quickly and damage free. Unit cooled nicely but we have yet to put it to the test for more than just initial startup. I do wish it had some sort of condensate collection pan that could be routed with a drain line but that is specific to our application. Fan noise inside is likely louder than most would like but we prefer to have the white noise for sleeping, so no harm done there! The unit itself is very quiet on the outside which is a nice change from the aged unit we replaced. Overall sound product provided it lasts the test of time!

by:

This AC unit being the 3rd one in 2 months from you. Works great. The other 2 units “Advent” are garbage. Put the box never worked.

Thank you to
All Etrailer reps. You all have been amazing.

by:

Pretty straight forward to install, customer service was awesome would recommend this item from etrailers

by:

Order was shipped the same day I placed it. Arrived 2 days later.
Everything I needed for the install was included.

by:

I got this unit as a second unit for the front bedroom on my fifth wheel. My trailer had the prep package for an A/C unit so install was relatively straight forward with minimal issues. Once I completed the install I wanted to test it while my trailer was hooked up to a 15amp 120v circuit in my house and the unit started up and ran full power with no issues whatsoever. I fully expect to love the low power and low startup surge of this unit when running of generator or solar generator.

by:

A little loud with air dump open but I might just cut that out because it’s pretty dang quiet without the white cover on or I may make a little chute that comes straight down from the fan out of the vent. Not sure yet but the open/close of the air dump is what makes it so loud but it cools nicely!

  • Availability of 15,000 Btu AC Replacement for Coleman Mach
Hi Brad; the Furrion Chill HE # FR32PV worked as a replacement before but we can no longer guarantee compatibility. We found that the majority of the time the plug would line up but the system wouldn't work. Even if it did work, you run the risk of burning up your air distribution box (ADB) and will need a replacement. A complete replacement would then be necessary since the Furrion R410A ADB has been discontinued with everything moving to R32 refrigerant. The same is true for other brands...

  • Do You Still Have the Advent Air Conditioner that is a Replacement for My Carrier Set-Up?
Hello Ralph, We are sold out on the Advent ACCAR150. The RV AC refrigerant went from the R410a to the R32 this year, the old R410a parts do not work with the new R32 parts, so you will need a whole new set-up. The Advent Air Low Profile RV Air Conditioner System - Single Zone - 15,000 Btu - Black - R32 # ADV54QR will come with everything you need for a new set-up. For white # ADV82SR. If you are in a hurry, we do have the Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System - Manual - 15,000...

  • Would you Recommend Upgrading to a 18K BTU or adding a 2nd AC to the RV?
Happy to help Steve, thanks for reaching out! If your Cougar is prewired for a second AC, adding a non ducted front AC like Furrion Chill Cube 15k # FR75TD would provide better cooling throughout the RV rather than replacing the 15k unit with a Furrion 18k Chill Cube # FR27TD. Two AC units would cool the bedroom and living room independently. For 30 amp service, you typically won't be able to run both AC units at the same time without power management system in the RV. If you frequently...

  • Replacing Old Refrigerant AC System With New R32 AC System On RV
Hey Mina! Yes, if your existing AC setup is older, a complete system is usually the cleaner way to go now. The newer R32 rooftop units generally need compatible interior controls and air distribution components, so just swapping the rooftop unit onto an older ceiling assembly is usually not the right path. If you want a complete ductless option, the GE Appliances Deluxe Plus # GE34RR is a good example because it includes the rooftop unit, air distribution box, thermostat, and controls....

  • Old AC Unit Broke On 2018 Grand Design Travel Trailer. Which Option Is There Without Thermostat?
Hey Darius! Yes, I agree sometimes less is more, and easier! The Furrion Chill HE # FR75TD is a good fit if you want a straightforward manual-control setup instead of messing with a wall thermostat. This is a complete 15,000 Btu system with the rooftop unit and manual air distribution box included, so it helps take some of the compatibility guesswork out of the job. The included air distribution box gives you your controls right at the ceiling, which is nice if you prefer simple knobs...

  • Can I Add Second AC Unit To Bedroom Of My 5th Wheel RV Without Tying Into Existing AC Thermostat?
Hey Anika! It can run separately as long as the RV is wired and prepped for a second rooftop AC. For a simple standalone bedroom setup, I’d look at the Furrion Chill HE # FR75TD because it’s a complete 15,000 Btu manual-control system with controls right on the ceiling air distribution box. That means it does not need to share a wall thermostat with your existing AC. You’d control this one separately from the bedroom ceiling assembly. Do you already have a framed roof opening and 115V...

  • Easy To Use Air Conditioning Unit For RV That Doesn't Use Thermostat Or Remote
Hey Warren! For simple controls, I’d look at the Furrion Chill HE # FR75TD. It’s a complete 15,000 Btu manual system, so the controls are right on the ceiling air distribution box instead of on a wall thermostat. That makes it a nice option when you just want straightforward cooling: turn the knobs, set the airflow, and go. That also means easier install since no thermostat wiring. It also includes a start capacitor, which helps the compressor start more smoothly. If you ever want a little...

  • Easy To Use Complete Air Conditioner Kit For Mid-Sized Travel Trailer
Good morning Ashwin, the Furrion Chill HE # FR75TD is not typically too much for a travel trailer, especially if you camp in warm weather or have pets along. It’s a complete 15,000 Btu system, so it’s a strong cooling option with manual controls at the ceiling air distribution box. It can be used with ducted or ductless setups, and the built-in start capacitor is helpful when the compressor kicks on. This reduces the amount of power drained when firing up the AC unit. If you camp in...

  • Black Rooftop AC Unit For Toy Hauler Travel Trailer Without Thermostat
Hey Noemi! I’d look at the Furrion Chill HE # FR75TD for that kind of setup. It’s a complete 15,000 Btu system with a black rooftop unit and a manual air distribution box, so you’ll control it right from the ceiling assembly instead of using a wall thermostat. It can work with ducted or ductless setups, and the included start capacitor helps the compressor start more smoothly with less power draw right off the bat. If you want a little electric heat later, you can add the Furrion heat...

  • Used Camper Has Cracked AC Unit And Ceiling Controls - Is There A Replacement System In Black?
Hey Zoya! Yes, the Furrion Chill HE # FR75TD is a good fit for that kind of replacement. It’s a complete 15,000 Btu system with the black rooftop AC and matching manual air distribution box, so you get fresh ceiling controls instead of trying to salvage old parts. Also, AC unit parts aren't usually backwards comaptible anymore unless the system is only a couple years old; there was a refrigerant update where the old R410A parts won't fit the new R32 systems. That being said, on the new...

  • Can I Add Second AC Unit To My Fifth Wheel RV Without Connecting To Main AC System?
Hey Nadia! Yes, the Furrion Chill HE # FR75TD would be a good option for a separate second AC setup because it’s a complete manual-control system. It includes the 15,000 Btu rooftop unit and the matching air distribution box, so you’d control it right from the ceiling assembly instead of tying it into your existing wall thermostat. You’ll want to make sure that bedroom location is framed for a standard AC opening and has the proper 115V wiring in place. The built-in start capacitor is...

Hey Mina! Yes, the Furrion Chill HE # FR75TD is exactly the kind of option I’d look at for that. It’s a complete 15,000 Btu manual system, so it includes the rooftop AC and the matching manual air distribution box. You’ll control the AC right from the ceiling assembly, so you are not trying to match a wall thermostat or separate control board.
